Editor’s Notes: Just days after the passing of SpongeBob SquarePants creator Stephen Hillenburg, Urban Outfitters unveils a special Chinatown Market x SpongeBob SquarPants collab that celebrates the iconic animated Nickelodeon show.
If you attended ComplexCon in November, the collection was actually available to purchase there first, but a wider release is now listed exclusively on Urban Outfitters. Encompassing a variety of graphic printed tees and a hoodie, the silhouettes are punctuated with notable characters from the show including SpongeBob, Gary the Snail and other references of the cartoon series.
Find the collection on Urban Outfitters now with prices ranging from $44 to $90. The retailer will also host a special event at its UO Melrose location in Los Angeles on December 9 to celebrate the collab, which will feature a one-of-a kind customization by Chinatown Market and a SpongeBob character appearance.
